OHSAS 18001:2007 Surveillance Audit

7 February 2014

We are proud to announce that Civcon has had a successful surveillance audit on its Safety Management System by DQS (An independent auditing company) for the continual improvement and maintenance of the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard.

The audit raised no major non-conformances and we received 3 commendations from DQS for the excellent management and maintenance of the Safety Management System.

This is a major achievement for the organisation as it will help us to achieve our goal of “Zero Harm”. It also reflects our commitment to one of our core Values which is “We care/value life”.

Quality ISO 9001:2008 Certification

20 January 2014

Civcon Construction has undergone a quality re-certification audit by DQS (An Independent Auditing Company) on 4 and 5 December 2013.

The audit was successful and ensures that Civcon continues trading in the field of Civil Engineering construction, as an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We first acquired ISO certification in 2005 and since then our Quality Management System has been maintained and improved upon, thus ensuring compliance with this International Standard. The audit report proved an exemplary result for Civcon, with zero reported findings.

The new certificate, which is valid until 2017, has been displayed at our Head Office reception area. Each of our sites will receive a copy for display in the very near future.
